Cashmere care guide
In 1989, Majestic Filatures created the first Deluxe T-shirt. Made in Europe, it is available in linen, cotton, cashmere, and other fabrics.
Gentle wash
Ideally, hand wash your item or use the wool setting on your washing machine, with cold water (max 20°C) and a mild detergent suitable for cashmere.
Air drying
Never wring the fabric: gently press it in a towel to remove excess water. Then lay flat to dry in open air, away from any heat sources.
Light ironing
If needed, iron on the reverse side at a very low temperature, or use a steamer to preserve the delicate nature of the fabric.
Careful storage
Fold your cashmere pieces instead of hanging them to avoid stretching. Store them away from light, ideally in a breathable cotton garment bag.
